Exchange & Return Policy

• Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with the size tag attached.
• For returns, the customer pays the shipping cost in both directions (160 EGP or 180 EGP, depending on the shipping area), even during free shipping offers.
• Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
• Items that are damaged, used, washed, or missing the size tag cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Each order is eligible for one request only: either an exchange or a return.
• The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees related to the exchange or return process.
• A return and an exchange can only be requested together if the order contains more than one item.
• During free shipping promotions, customers are still responsible for the shipping costs of exchanges and returns.
• Refunds are sent via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 14 days after the returned item is received and approved.
• If the order is refused while the courier is still at the delivery address, an 80 EGP inspection/refusal fee will apply.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge, including shipping, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يمكن طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

يجب أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية مع وجود تيك المقاس.

في حالة الاسترجاع، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا (160 أو 180 جنيه حسب منطقة الشحن)، حتى في فترات الشحن المجاني.

لن يتم قبول أي طلب بعد مرور 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع أي قطعة إذا كانت مستخدمة، أو مغسولة، أو بها تلف، أو بدون تيك المقاس.

يحق لكل طلب عملية واحدة فقط: إما استبدال أو استرجاع.

يتحمل العميل أي رسوم شحن إضافية ناتجة عن عملية الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.

يمكن طلب الاستبدال والاسترجاع معًا فقط إذا كان الطلب يحتوي على أكثر من قطعة.

خلال عروض الشحن المجاني، يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن الخاصة بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.

يتم رد المبلغ عن طريق إنستاباي أو فودافون كاش خلال 14 يومًا بعد استلام المرتجع والتأكد من حالته.

في حالة رفض استلام الطلب أثناء وجود المندوب، يتم احتساب رسوم فحص ورفض بقيمة 80 جنيهًا.

إذا استلمت منتجًا تالفًا، أو به عيب تصنيع، أو وصلك منتج غير صحيح، سيتم استبداله مجانًا دون أي رسوم شحن، بشرط الإبلاغ خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

  لا يُجفف في المجفف الكهربائي.

  يُكوى بدرجة حرارة متوسطة عند الحاجة.

  يُغسل مقلوبًا (من الداخل للخارج) للحفاظ على اللون وجودة القماش.

  استخدم منظفات لطيفة للحفاظ على النعومة والمتانة.

  يمكن تنظيفه بالتنظيف الجاف إذا رغبت في عناية احترافية.
